Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid enrollments in DevStream Center programs confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Website pricing pages are informational and do not complete a purchase by themselves.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no proprietary materials beyond the public syllabus have been issued. Partial refunds of 50% may be available between 13 and 7 days before start if your seat can be filled from the waitlist.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within the windows above, or within 7 days after a cohort is postponed by DevStream Center by more than 30 days.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds require unused access credentials and return or certified deletion of any early-release workbooks. Partial refunds apply when preparation sessions have begun but the main cohort has not. After the first live studio session, tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a private Control Atlas contract.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom data-prep work already delivered, travel costs you arrange independently, and completed one-day public workshops are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@devstream-center.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer to the corporate payer named on the invoice.

Cancellations by DevStream Center

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may grant discretionary exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandated military/public duties. Private enterprise contracts may supersede this policy where expressly stated.
